Hi, I’m Pamela — a Registered Nurse, Certified Holistic Health Coach, and woman who’s walked through the pain and frustration of struggling with weight, health, and food. For years, I felt stuck in cycles of dieting, binge eating, and shame. I knew what to do — but I couldn’t seem to do it consistently.

Even with my background in nursing and a master’s in counseling, I found myself emotionally eating, trying diet after diet, and feeling like I was failing. But the truth? The diets were failing me.

My Turning Point

My healing began when I realized that binge eating and weight struggles weren’t about lack of discipline — they were symptoms of deeper imbalances. Hormonal chaos, past trauma, stress overload, and toxic burdens were quietly working against my body.

Once I started supporting my body holistically, everything changed.

I stopped obsessing over food.

I stopped bingeing.

I started healing.

And I finally started living.
